In the Words Of Kouhei Harada:
“”Abrutschen” and “Gelbe Krieg” are pieces which contain imagery of memories and feelings. When I was a University student, I took field recordings at some of my favourite places; Yokohama and Tamagawa university and Germany. The piano used is an Akai S1100 with presets and a modified Mustang guitar. I’ve used these instruments many times before but unfortunately now they are broken. I made these versions of “Abrutschen” and “Gelbe Krieg” by running some old samples through a MaxMSP patch.
The two songs “Bar” and “geflugelt Fisch” were made four years ago, utilizing the vocal sounds of a friend of mine. However I’m unable to contact the friend who was on the original recordings. These two were written by deconstructing and reconstructing the old mixes through a MaxMSP patch.
“Re:Enzian” is a remix track of “Enzian” by my good friends Miyachan akichan(Daisuke Miyatani and Aki Tomita). Daisuke is a great musician who has had releases on Ahornfelder and others. He has done collaborations with Sawako, Steinbruchel and many more. Aki is also an electronic musician, featured on a compilation from Elegant Disc, with the name Rurarakiss.” Kouhei Harada
